As a technology-driven beauty and skincare company, we recognize your uniqueness and want to provide the right skincare for you by providing the Smart Skin Test. We are committed to making safe, effective, and environmentally friendly skincare products affordable for everyone.
BASE products are plant-powered and science-backed, processed with advanced technology to ensure high efficacy and sustainability. We are 100% vegan with over 140 vegan and organic raw materials sourced strictly from ethical and sustainable suppliers all over the world, cruelty free, BPOM certified, and all the ingredients are Halal and ECOCERT certified.
We only source our ingredient globally, ethically, and sustainably to bring you the best quality ingredient from all over the world.
Yes! Our products are vegan with no animal-derived ingredients and cruelty-free certified.
Yes, we only use vegan ingredients that are halal certified, and produced in the factory that meets halal standards.
All BASE products are formulated without phthalates, parabens, SLS, artificial fragrances, and artificial colors. We are committed to providing the safest formulas with ethically sourced ingredients. (Base Beauty also uses EWG guidelines to formulate products.)
Shipping & Returns
At this time, we will only ship products to local addresses in Singapore.
Standard Shipping comes as a flat rate of $2.99, regardless of the number of products in your order.
- Items will be shipped out via Singpost tracked mailing
- Tracking number will be sent with your order confirmation
- Local shipping in Singapore will take 3-5 working days
- Free shipping is applicable for orders above SGD $50
When completing an order, you are responsible for entering an accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.

Your parcel will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email notification when your parcel is shipped.
Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.
You may cancel an order before we have packed or processed the order for shipping. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
